Terms and Conditions

Every appointment at Quiet Cove includes a brief movement and postural assessment. This allows us to monitor your progress over time, identify any changes in mobility, strength, or movement patterns, and ensure your treatment continues to meet your body’s needs.

By regularly reassessing how you move, we can adapt your treatment plan, address new areas of tension before they become problematic, and support your recovery, performance, and long-term wellbeing more effectively.

Please bring shorts with you, and for ladies, a sports bra or vest top is recommended.

Whether you’re aiming for a new personal best, preparing for an event, recovering from training, or simply wanting to enjoy running without being held back by aches and tightness, Quiet Cove is here to support your journey every step of the way.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable £10 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable at the start of your treatment.

I understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, and wherever possible I will do my best to accommodate changes to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice and I will happily move your booking to a more suitable date, subject to availability.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in the loss of the deposit. This policy helps ensure appointment times remain available for other clients who may be waiting for treatment.

Thank you for your understanding and support of my small business.
